Return and Refund Policy:

Refund will be considered only if the request is made within 7 Days of placing an order. (If product is damaged, Duplicate or quantity varies).

  • Return will be processed only if:
    1) It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
    2) The product is not different from what was shipped to you
    3) The product is returned in original condition. 
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products. 
  • Customer has to visit Dhaulagiri store for the return of purchased items, otherwise, delivery charge is taken if office manages delivery.

Delivery:

Minimum order has to be a worth of Rs 1000.

We offer 24 hr fast delivery in Kathmandu. Within in 4Km from our store, delivery charge is free, More than 4Km delivery charge will be apply . If the size is heavier and sensitive, items, extra delivery charge may be added.

 Delivery charge would depend on the size, weight, and location of orders

To request a refund, simply mail us on agrodhaulagiri@gmail.com  with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email/message after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. 

Note:- We request customers to check the condition and appropriateness of the product at the time of delivery.
